Welcome to our bright and comfortable ground-floor home on Great Titchfield Street, right in the heart of Fitzrovia.

Set on one of central London’s charming residential streets, the flat is surrounded by independent cafés, restaurants, boutiques and long-standing local businesses, while still being close to some of London’s most popular sights. Oxford Street, Regent’s Park and several Underground stations are all within easy walking distance.

Oxford Circus, Great Portland Street and Goodge Street stations are around a 7-minute walk away, with Warren Street about 8 minutes and Regent’s Park station around 9 minutes. It’s a wonderfully central location that still has a relaxed neighbourhood feel.

Our bright and airy 2-bedroom flat comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with a sofa bed in the living room available for up to 2 additional guests.

Being on the ground floor means there are no stairs or lifts to navigate, making arrival especially convenient if you’re travelling with luggage, children, buggies or car seats. A dedicated secure underground parking space is also available, which is a real bonus in central London and makes the flat a convenient option for guests travelling by car.

The open-plan living area has been thoughtfully divided into three comfortable zones:

• TV area – relax on the sofa and enjoy movie nights on the large high-definition 65" TV.

• Reading and games nook – a cozy space for reading, relaxing or playing board games and vinyl record player with the family.

• Dining Area – a full dining table with seating for up to 6 guests, ideal for meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen also has everything you need to prepare meals for up to 6 people, whether you’re making a quick breakfast before heading out or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home.

Getting around

Despite being in central London, Great Titchfield Street has a peaceful residential feel. You’ll be within easy walking distance of Oxford Street’s shops, Regent’s Park and several Underground stations, making it easy to explore the rest of London.

With excellent transport links, nearby restaurants and shops, and secure parking, the flat is well suited to families, couples, groups of friends and business travellers alike.

Ground-floor convenience

The flat is located on the ground floor, so there are no stairs or lifts to worry about. From the entrance, you’ll walk straight into a private hallway where you can comfortably leave coats, shoes and bags before settling into the flat.

We hope you enjoy having a comfortable base in the middle of London while still being able to come home to a quieter neighbourhood at the end of the day.

Guests will have full private access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and bathroom. You’ll have the space all to yourselves, so please make yourselves at home. Each bedroom also has a small desk where you can place your personal belongings or use as a convenient space for your essentials.

The sofa bed in the living room sleeps up to 2 additional guests. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to use it. An additional £25 per night charge applies.

Enjoy superfast fiber-optic Wi-Fi throughout the flat.

Children and toddlers are welcome and should be included in your booking as regular guests. A cot, highchair and baby bath are available on request.

The 65" Smart HD TV comes with Netflix and a surround-sound soundbar for relaxing movie nights.

A Nespresso coffee machine and toaster are provided.

A washer/dryer is available for guest use.

The kitchen also includes a microwave and oven for preparing meals during your stay.
