About this space

*Strictly no parties or unannounced guests* Welcome to our lovely home, steps away from Marylebone High Street, with cute cafes, art galleries, and boutique shops. Our bright and airy 2-bedroom flat sleeps 4, with sofa bed in the living room for 2 extra guests if needed. The fully equipped kitchen with bar and dining table for 6 is perfect for meals. Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it's a short walk to Regent's Park, Oxford Street, and tube stations. Our street is a very clean and quiet.

The space

Property is located on the 1st floor, and can also be accessed via an elevator. Upon entering the premises, we enter a hallway for you to hang your coat and to take off your shoes.

From the hallway we can enter the following rooms:
- Masterbedroom (double bed with wardrobe and working desk)
- 2nd bedroom (double bed with wardrobe and working desk)
- Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet
- Living / Dining room with TV, bar and reading corner.
- Kitchen / bar

Other things to note

- Living Room contains a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people (please let us know if you need the sofa bed to sleep on in advance and there will be a charge of £25 per night)

- Superfast 150MBPS wifi throughout the home.

- The apartment is child/toddler friendly but they will be priced as regular guests and should be booked as such. Baby-cot/baby-chair/baby-bathtub are also available upon request.

- Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on Netflix on our superbig 65’ cinematic tv with soundbar surround sound.

- Nespresso coffee machine and bread toaster are provided.

- Clothing Washer/Dryer are available for your use

- Microwave/Oven is also provided in the kitchen.
