*Room rate is based on 4 guests. Sofa bed will be set up for guests exceeding 4, charged at £25 per night.

What is your cancellation policy?

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Can I make changes to my reservation after it's been confirmed?

Please contact us directly with any requests to modify your reservation, and we will do our best to assist you based on availability and our policies.

What payment methods are accepted for bookings?

Credit and debit cards: You can use major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as debit cards that are enabled for online transactions.

PayPal: If your PayPal account is linked to a valid payment source, you can choose to use it.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Check-in: Our standard check-in time is after 04:00 PM. Although, early check-in is not allowed, you are welcome drop off your luggage if you arrive early, any time after 11:00 AM, while we prepare your room. You can then return to the property at 04:00 PM for your official check-in.

Kindly message us if you are arriving early so that we can provide instructions for your luggage. However, please note that it is best not to arrive before 11:00 AM, as previous guests may not have left by then.

Check-out: We kindly ask that guests check out of the property before 10 AM. This allows us to prepare the accommodation for the next guests.

Can I store my luggage at the rental property before check-in or after check-out?

Before Check-in: You are welcome to drop off your luggage if you arrive early, any time after 11:00 AM, while we prepare your room.

However, please note that we do not offer luggage storage upon check-out or for late check-out.

Can the host provide transportation or arrange airport transfers?

We do not provide transportation services or arrange airport transfers. However, we can certainly assist you by providing information on local transportation options, such as public transportation, taxi services, or car rental companies. Please let us know if you need any guidance or recommendations in this regard.

Can I view the rental property before making a booking?

Property viewing before booking is not allowed. However, we have posted pictures of the rental property for your reference. These pictures aim to provide you with a visual representation of the property, its condition, and its amenities.

Can I request a crib or additional bedding for children or infants?

If you need a crib or additional bedding for children or infants, please inform us in advance. We will make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your request. It’s important to note that children are generally considered as additional guests.

How do I extend my stay or request additional nights?

To extend your stay or request additional nights, please inform us of your desired extension period. We will then check the availability of the property for the requested dates and inform you if we can accommodate your request.

Are you available for long term stays?

Yes, we offer long-term stays with a minimum stay of one month.

How do I check-in to the rental property?

Our check-in process is self-check-in, facilitated through a lockbox. Upon arrival, you will find a lockbox at the property. Prior to your check-in date, we will provide you with the specific lockbox code. Simply enter the code into the lockbox to retrieve the keys or access card, allowing you to gain entry to the property. Detailed instructions will be provided to ensure a seamless self-check-in experience

Is parking available at the rental property?

Please send us a message with the details of your booking, and we will provide you with information regarding parking options. It’s important to note that parking may be paid and either available on the premises or as paid street parking off the premises.

Can I bring pets with me to the rental property?

No pets allowed in the property.

Can I have visitors or guests during my stay?

Only booked number of guests will be allowed to stay at the property.

Are there any restrictions on smoking or partying in the rental property?

Smoking is strictly prohibited, and no parties or events are allowed on the property. If any sign of partying is found or complaints are received from our neighbors, guests will be asked to leave the property immediately without any refund.

What happens if I accidentally damage something at the rental property?

It is important to inform us as soon as possible about the damage caused. Prompt reporting allows us to assess the situation and take appropriate action.

Once we are notified, we will evaluate the extent of the damage and assess any necessary repairs or replacements.
